Originating in Mayan culture and continued in Central America, Fajas are a pelvic wrap used to support the pelvis and her organs and tissues.

Handmade by Helen, these Fajas are designed to sit comfortably on your pelvis, fully adjustable to the level of support you need, where you need it. They provide adaptable support to the pelvis, lower back, abdomen, hips and pelvic organs and soft tissues. It can also be used as an abdominal wrap for postpartum healing.

Fajas are recommended to:

• Support the natural anatomical position of pelvic organs and soft tissue

• Reduce the strain on pelvic ligaments and muscles, allowing them to rest and return to their balanced position in the pelvis

• Reduce pelvic and lower uterine pain and discomfort associated with pregnancy, postpartum, menstruation, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic injuries
